Every quantity is traced to a drawing sheet, classified to AACE 18R-97, and nothing begins until you approve the fee.

How it works

1 · Tell us what you’re bidding

Your trade or scope and your target bid date — that is enough for us to quote. Drawings can follow: encrypted upload, NDA on request.

2 · Get a fixed quote in 4 business hours

A senior estimator reviews the scope and replies with a firm fee, a delivery date and any clarifications. You approve it, or you don’t.

3 · Receive a bid-ready estimate

CSI-organised and checkable. Most trades come back as fast as 24 business hours; complex industrial scopes take longer, and your quote states the date.

What actually ships
  • Multi-tab Excel workbook plus a locked PDF summary
  • CSI MasterFormat estimate, organised by division
  • Quantity takeoff with formulas visible, so any reviewer can audit the math
  • Colour-coded plan markups — every line item ties to a specific plan sheet
  • Bid clarifications and qualifications log
  • AIA G703 Schedule of Values, ready to submit with your bid
  • Basis-of-estimate narrative: assumptions, productivity, cost sources, exclusions

Common questions
What does $99 actually get me?
A single-trade quantity takeoff on a defined scope. Multi-trade and full-project work is quoted on scope — always as a fixed fee you approve first.
Who produces my estimate?
A senior estimator, with a second review before delivery. Estimates are classified against AACE International Recommended Practice 18R-97.
What if the takeoff is wrong?
If a measurable takeoff error reaches your deliverable we fix it free. Drawing revisions and spec amendments are part of the engagement, not an extra invoice.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send yours and we’ll sign before opening the plans, or use ours.
How do I pay?
ACH, wire or card. Project work is 50% deposit and 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers are invoiced net-7.
Risk reversal

You approve the fee before we start.

Your written quote states the scope, the fixed fee and the delivery date. Nothing runs on a meter. If a measurable takeoff error reaches your deliverable we fix it for $0, and in-scope revisions and re-reviews are free. NDA signed on request before we open the plans.

Where should we send your quote?

We start here so your fixed fee can reach you even if you don’t have drawings to hand yet.

What do you need estimated?

This tells us which estimator picks up your project, so the fee we quote is the real one — not a placeholder.

Just tap your answer — takes 2 seconds

What kind of company are you?

Subcontractors, GCs and developers each get a different deliverable format. This saves a round of back-and-forth.

When is the bid due?

Deadline decides the queue. If it’s this week we say so honestly rather than quietly missing it.

Request received — you’re in the queue.

A senior estimator is on it. Attaching your drawings now is the fastest route to an accurate fixed fee — but it is entirely optional, and you can email them later instead.

Attach your plans (optional) PDF, DWG, DXF, RVT, IFC, ZIP — up to 8 files, 50MB each
